"We called this morning and spoke with Morgan who was helpful, she took some information and said she'd have someone call back. We waited a few hours and called back to check in. A woman named Ronnie answered the phone and said she didn't think they would write a policy for our criteria and suggested an agent in CA. We said ok, and said it would be great for the initial point of contact to know this so we didn't lose a few hours time and energy in our endeavor, both which are limited and valuable like everyone's. We don't think Morgan intentionally did this, and we think she did not know the parameters the office has for policies they write. Ronnie said Morgan didn't know we were in CA, to which we responded yes we had told her. We were calm, polite, disappointed. Once we said Morgan knew were were in CA Ronnie hung up the phone on us. We called back and it went to voicemail, we tried again and it went to voicemail. It was not being answered intentionally. We switched phones and called from our other number and it was answered immediately. We politely told her we did not appreciate being hung up on and not to do that to anyone else. Disgusting. We do not take this as a reflection of the company, rather the individual.
